Hello & Welcome! "Now what are they really up to?"

Hi there & welcome to my blog! Those of you who know me may be strapping yourselves in for a ride through my thoughts, but I've got to admit that's the wrong approach to take. Instead of strapping yourself in, go ahead and let that strap fall loosely to your lap and let your mind and body float freely through my brain. If you keep yourself static then you're just limiting your own abilities, and this is a blog of EXPLORATION! (and comedy) So get weird and enjoy yourself!

So let's dive right in, shall we? I've been thinking a lot about money and power lately. Not how to acquire the most of both, but more so why someone would want to in the first place. Our whole lives we've been taught, if we are not fortunate enough to think to question its validity, that we must work hard in school in order to land a high paying job. With that money we are to secure a house and a car, both usually done through loans carrying interest, and comforting material goods to fill that home. Now the schooling and the job and the home and the car and the mortgage and the loans and the stuff all carry certain stresses into our lives that keep us bogged down on a hamster wheel we've been told is the "real world". After all, you've got to keep that money flowing in through your job if you want to pay for all that stuff and debt you've accumulated, and if you've got a family, like your supposed to, then you most certainly have to provide the same for them. So you've got to go back to work, day in and day out and for most of us that means going to jobs we don't necessarily enjoy at all. Because again, the importance of your job was determined by the money that it offers, not the happiness it brings you. Now this is not completely true for everyone, as some people do take joy in their profession, but they are the lucky few. As a matter of fact, and this should come as little surprise to most of you, many people work in low/underpaying positions that they never wanted in the first place but when those bills start piling up a paycheck is a paycheck is a paycheck. So that's what we're told to chase. The paycheck. As if money is the end all be all of importance. It's difficult to look beyond the paper chase, but if you did, you might find yourself thinking "What about the people at the top of the pile? What about the ultra rich and powerful? They've already hit the upper most echelon, what are they after?"

In my head those thoughts quickly turn to "Now what are they really up to?" I say that because once you are at the top, and money and power have been acquired, what is left to strive for? There must be something, otherwise they would have stopped once a comfortable life was attained. On the contrary, these people work harder than anybody to maintain that level of control. I don't believe this is simply an issue of ego, I believe it to be something more secret and sinister. It's not simply for control of the population, because again, what does one gain from that? You may assume a life of beach living leisure, but again these people have to work harder than anyone to stay on top. If they don't then someone else will come from behind and take that position out from under them. So there must be something beyond money, beyond power, and beyond the control that the highest ranks offer. I believe it to be something kept hidden from us regular people. After all, we have a hard enough time making ends meet to see past the distraction of the money game, but I can go ahead and speculate as to what it may be. When material possessions are no longer hard to come by, the "real world" we live in ceases to be. The "things" in life lose all meaning and importance. What I believe they are after or are already in possession of is a knowledge kept hidden from the rest of us. It's a knowledge of both spiritual and supernatural powers. Powers that WE ALL possess, powers our minds have been locked out of for thousands of years, powers that would free us from the insanity that is this straw man world we've been made to accept! Our minds are capable of SO MUCH MORE than we've been lead to believe. Our minds are so powerful that we can actually manifest our own reality, if only we weren't so caught up in the bullshit that clouds our view. This is what I believe these titans of business and government are up to. This is what they are really after. They know the Truth, the real Truth, with a capital T, which is different than truth. YOUR MIND IS THE MOST POWERFUL THING IN THE UNIVERSE! Now it's time to unlock it! Welcome to Your Newest Thoughts.
